How long does an order take?
Our production times vary, but most orders are completed within 5 business days. Artwear Embroidery works closely with our clients to meet their deadlines. Our goal is to deliver high quality, wholesale embroidery on time! We will gladly expedite your order whenever possible.

Will you insert our promotional brochure or flyer with our client's order? Gladly. This is a service we provide often. We are also pleased to include your hangtags or special stickers.

Will you add names (personalization)?
Absolutely! And we have many lettering fonts to choose from, with no set-up charge.

Can you match PMS colors? We will match your PMS colors as closely as possible with Madiera thread. Please note that a perfect match cannot be guaranteed. We will gladly use customer provided thread upon request.

What does Artwear Embroidery do when contacted by a client?
There is no reason that Artwear Embroidery would be contacted by one of your clients - we are invisible! However, for occasional calls received from the end consumer, we explain that we are a wholesale embroidery company, and refer the consumer to one of our clients (a reseller).
