Please refer to the procedure below and we will get the ball rolling for you.

  • send your embroidery PO(purchase order)
    to artwear@artwearinc.com
  • Your order will be promptly entered into our schedule and you will receive an order confirmation via email
  • When Artwear receives your products, they will be counted and verified. You will be notified immediately of any discrepancies.
  • Digitizing orders are completed in 2 business days and all designs are sampled and sent to you for approval before we take your order to production.
  • Designs provided from you or an outside source are promptly sampled and sent to you for approval before we take your order to production.
  • When your products have been received and your designs approved, your order ready is to embroider and is placed in our embroidery production line-up. We request a window of 3 days between “ready” and ship date. We always complete your orders as quickly as possible.
  • Our production manager reviews the details of your order before assigning it to a machine operator.
  • Our machine operator reviews the details of your order again, and then runs one sample while setting up for the entire job.
  • The machine operator examines the sample with the team leader for quality and accuracy.
  • Embroidery production begins under the watchful eyes of our experienced operators.
  • Embroidered products are continuously moving to our experienced finishers, and are again examined for perfection.
  • Finished products are packaged according to your instructions and pass through another quality checkpoint on their way to our shipping department.
  • Our shipping department reviews your order instructions and our quality again.
  • Your order is usually shipped to your customer in the same boxes that it has been received in. We remove all labels, inspect for durability, and insert a generic packing list and a dust cover sheet which says, “We have taken great pride in embroidering these products especially for you. We hope that you enjoy them…
  • All shipping labels display your return address – not ours. the only evidence of Artwear Embroidery is in the quality.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
  • You will receive our invoice within 4 business hours.
  • Your designs and order information are forever treated as proprietary information in our records
